Refund policy
⬛ Returns on TFC Fulfilled Items
Some Thread Fresh Co. (TFC) products are fulfilled and shipped directly by us. These items are eligible for returns.
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if they are:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
⬛ Made-to-Order Items (Print-on-Demand)
Many TFC products are printed specifically for you after your order is placed.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Color choice
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
⬛ Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A short description of the problem
Once verified, we will provide either:
• A replacement at no cost, or
• A full refund if a replacement is not available

⬛ Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order and return the eligible item (if applicable) for a refund.
⬛ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Print-on-demand products
• Worn or washed items
• Items damaged after delivery
• Sale items
• Gift cards
⬛ Refunds
Once your return or claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
